We enable consumers to uncover the truth of their prescription and access high quality alternatives at 1/3rd the spend.- As an organization, we exist to democratize healthcare first in India and then globally. - By 2027, our vision is that we are Indias consumer healthcare market leaders driving sustainable health outcomes globally.Scale of Operations and Growth Outlook :Scale of operations :- We have expanded through an offline (60% business) + online (40% business) channel so far, having served 1.8 mn consumers across mainly 2 cities. We are currently the countrys largest private generic company selling generic medicine directly to consumers via its network of 150+ of COCO, and 20+ FOFO stores in Maharashtra and Gujarat saving them over Rs. 300 Cr in the last 5 years of journey. This is just the tip of the iceberg and there are a billion people in India and billions globally, who are struggling to serve the same need. - Zeno serves approximately 300K consumers every month,. 80% of the demand which has a better priced alternative available is successfully converted. 25% of GMV is contributed by own label (GoodAid) which is expanding month on month. - ZenoHealth has changed the way medicines are sold and consumed in Mumbai by bringing consumers in the core focus, educating them about generics and helping them make informed decisions on medicine purchase. With more than 4% of Mumbais market share in medicine (branded as well as trade generics)Growth Outlook :- In the process of democratization of healthcare, our first pursuit is to democratize how medicines reach consumers in the most affordable way. Founding Team and Investors :Founding Team :Girish Agrawal : Ex P&G, IIT BombaySiddharth Gadia: IIT BombayInvestors :Light box, whiteboardWhy you should work with us :- You will get to be a krantikari( revolutionary), democratizing health care- You will get to work with team of Krantikaris, highly qualified and dynamic team members passionate to change the healthcare in India - We consider, each employee as ZenoLeader, and stand for happiness and success of each individual - Regular team meetups and development conversations- Hybrid Working - 5 days work-week Job Deliverables :- The Sr. Business & Finance Analyst will identify and document business processes and financial operations across verticals - eCommerce, retail, and distribution. - He or she will leverage data and analyses to land business insights, develop strategies, implement tools, simplify processes, and help scale the business.- He or she will be closely involved with tracking and reviewing financial operations, and will analyze the business model to recommend and implement processes for better efficiency and profitability. - He/she must have strong communication skills to liaison between multiple teams such as the finance team and product team and must be able to effectively present any analyses to the strategy and management teams.- Outcome to drive- Delivering accurate data - Ensuring completeness of the data shared- Delivering within agreed timelinesDeliverables :- Monthly MIS to internal and external stakeholders - Preparing a Business Model.- Delivering Daily Dashboards giving business overview- Analysis of business related reports / data- Preparing budget vs actuals with variance reasonsWhat you will do everyday :- Stand-up with the team- Daily internal MIS email giving business review- Collaborating with Management, HODs and FC and A&F team- Working on business related reports / data- Working and keeping a tab on deliverables like business plan, budget vs actual, MIS reporting, data analysis reports, any ad hoc report asked by the management and ensuring to deliver quality work within aligned timelines.- Positive reporting in the day end to Finance ControllerSkills you need to do the job :1) 3+ years of experience working in an investment bank, consulting firm, and/or as a business or financial analyst, MIS specialist2) Strong MIS preparation & data analysis skills (CA preferred but not mandatory)3) Strong quantitative abilities and financial modeling skills (CFA preferred but not mandatory)4) Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations 5) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities6) Bachelors degree in a technical subject (MBA preferred) Location - Bhandup(Mumbai)Monday - Friday Onsite,
