Job Description

    *Role Responsibilities he role will sit within a selected squad in support of the squad Functional Design Lead as part of the Success Factors Programme. This role will be responsible for analysing and translating multiple sources of information into business solutions and process improvement recommendations. Other responsibilities include assisting with process discovery, analysis, reengineering/redesign and documentation.The chosen candidate will apply their expertise in analysing data to discover process inefficiencies and insights, create current business process flows and problem statements, and using data to capture the financial and non-financial impact of current HR operating model.Strategy
    • Understand current organisation and As Is global and countries processes and identify To be opportunities for changes, balancing operational excellence, regulatory and countries specific requirements.
    Processes and responsibilities
    • Awareness of the Bank s strategy, business and regional footprints, and roles within HR.
    • Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency of processes to optimise operating model and employee experience.
    • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources.
    • Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements with the help of Product Owner.
    • Identify and define user stories and use cases.
    • Set up and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
    • Participate in transitioning the user stories and use cases to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
    • Assist in translating user stories and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
    • Participate in quality management reviews, process designs, prototypes and other requirements workbooks to ensure they fulfil stakeholder s requirements.
    • Present clear options and recommendations, facilitate decision making and enable clear understanding in key stakeholders of risks, outcomes and trade-offs.
    • Manage conflicts in stakeholder expectations, employee experience and HR good practice in process solution design across multiple workstreams.
    • Understand risks, business imperatives and business context when facilitating decision making impacted by the process re-design, create solution options and make recommendations.
    • Awareness of need to execute projects with strong focus on process excellence and business requirements to ensure that stakeholders expectations are met.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage various data points to achieve a common goal (customer experience, operating model standards, system performance and functionalities).
    Risk Management
    • Ensure HR Services deliver effective management of operational risks in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations at a global level.
    • Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, identify and manage forward looking risks.
    • Embed the Group s values and code of conduct across the team and larger function.
    • Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holder s attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the appropriate Risk Committees.
    Regulatory & Business Conduct
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.     • Work with the HR COO team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment
    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

    • HR Service Delivery Design Lead, Transformation Office Lead, Programme Manager, Product Owner, Vendor and the rest of the HR Service Delivery Modernisation team.
    • HR for HR, Country Heads of HR, HRBPs, CoE Leads, HR COO team.
    • Internal communications team, Corporate Communications team, Subject Matter Expert employees.
