Job Description

Front end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new income for Robust to an agreed annual target from existing clients.
Manage special projects end to end.
Manage Client requirements, project brief & event objectives.
Negotiate with clients & close the deal.
Create concept presentations & strategies to present to clients.
Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams.
Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquiries.
Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events.
Work in collaboration with Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business.
Take empowered decisions regarding your team as well as business negotiations.
Identify and analyse competition and stay abreast with the latest event trends.
Manage client escalations with minimum involvement of Directors
Manage a Team and supervise & streamline their work.
Constantly build on new themes, ideas, concepts and keep abreast with latest event trends & solutions for clients.
