This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesSeeking a experienced technology subject matter expert with hands development on MQ, Solace and Managed File Transfer (Axway MFT) portfolio products to develop and deliver the core messaging infrastructure for the Bank. The candidate will be responsible for development, implementation, support and trouble-shooting of the messaging infrastructure which provides connectivity to the various applications across the Bank. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the messaging architecture and topology to build and support consuming applications. The candidate should be able to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders and guide other developers in the squad]Strategy

• Understand clients strategic goal and provide integration solutions to meet those goals. Develop and implement integration solution with high performance, exception handling and low maintenance.

Business

• Responsible for IBM MQ, Solace, and Managed File Transfer (Axway MFT) development and end-to-end Migration Activities including Environment setup, testing support and Production movement from developer perspective.

Processes

• Understanding of the Agile development practices and the Development lifecycle from requirement understanding to go-live release. Support Development, SI, UAT, PT and Release cycles. Provide Production Rollout, UVT and L3 Support. Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues. Work closely with production support team during production release and troubleshooting production issues

People and Talent

• Responsible for guiding other developers in the squad. Ability to work with key stakeholders from CIO Application teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters

Risk Management

• Familiarity with the Risk governance framework. Clear understanding of technical/product risks and the ability to resolve and implement solution.

Governance

• Responsible for effectively communicating the plan, status and updates to stakeholders and scrum team
