You will be given live assignments to build your confidence and capabilities, and the opportunity for a long-term career with us when you finish.The DE-Level 3, working together with the CD Manager, will primarily be responsible for managing all aspects of book publishing, quality of all the processes, training and mentoring to DEs, customer queries and Packtpub. They need to ensure timely publishing of book products to the Packt website. The DE-Level 3 role requires a considerable amount of technical knowledge, cooperation and coordination with internal as well as external team members. Maintaining good communication and productive cooperation is one of the critical aspects contributing to the success of the DE-Level 3 role. The DE-Level 3 is a purely technical and project management role that reports to the Line manager in Operations.We are looking for graduates who are passionate about technology, multi-tasking and working with giant channels. • Ensure that quality checks are in place for all the processes and are fully functional with no errors before distribution and publishing.
• Ensure to have timely publishing of the book title on the Packt website.
• Maintain excellent relationships with all team members.
• Participate and contribute to discussions on Product (e.g. Book/video) management in discussion & department meetings.
• Ensure that guidelines for all work processes are documented and updated effectively when changes in processes are introduced.
• Make day to day decisions on all aspects of book publishing (keeping manager in loop) and, if required, seek feedback from the line manager on the decision.
• Provide technical support in the team
• Arrange training/mentoring to the DEs to grow them further
• Attend all the team queries, and if required check with the manager
• Ensure to have all the Magento issues are documented and addressed
• Track and address the customer queries on time
• Ownership of team, ensure not to miss any of the important mail
• Distributing Packt products like books, video, courses, and so on to all the external clients as per the given SLA.
• Designing contents, assessment questions, exercise considering delivery method as e- learning.
• Should have a knowledge of SCORM compliance
• Understand the customer LMS requirement & customize the SCORM package as required
• Research on various other E-Learning development products
• Getting the titles On Sale on Packt and external client websites as early as possible
• Training team members for new as well as old clients and processes.
• Updating guidelines of all the channels and processes.
• Tracking and maintaining reports for titles distributed to channels.
• Assuring 100% quality for all the tasks assigned

You will be a demonstrated self-starter who is focused and calm under pressure.Were looking for graduates with a degree in computer science/Information technology, good presentation and, excellent communication skills.Salary Range - INR 30-33K per month (Base Pay)
