Job Description

    OB DESCRIPTIONPosition Senior Executive/Executive Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)Department Human Resources Location MumbaiSub-Department Talent Management Grade 6POSITION SUMMARYEnsuring the company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strongtalent pipeline. Responsibilities include helping new hires learn the company policies, showingnew hires their job duties, scheduling start dates for new hires, and gathering the necessarypaperwork.ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:o Research and develop recruiting leads.o Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.o Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.o Conduct confidential interviews, references check, background verification, psychometrictests, etc.o Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries.o Coordinating for interviews with the line managers and functional heads.o Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.o Assist with the employees transition and onboarding process.o Preparing onboarding kits and welcoming new employees upon their arrival, give them anoffice tour and introduce team members.o Gather and process paperwork, like issuing appointment letters, non-disclosure agreements,other joining paperwork.o Coordinate company presentationso Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and softwareo Filing and storage of completed employee records (Personnel File).o Providing new joiners data to Payroll Team for employee creation on HRMS Softwareo Assisting employees in the usage of HRMS Software.o Employer branding and nominating and participating in surveys to make great place towork.o Preparing various HRMIS reports and dashboards.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPReports directly to Talent Management (Lead)/ Manager - HRManages directly -NA-PREREQUISITESQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTESQUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelors degree in Hospitality preferred or Any other discipline.Masters/ MBA would also be preferred.EXPERIENCE:
    • 3 5 Years of experience in end to end recruitment across variouslevels in an organization, preferably Pan India/ Multi-city. Hospitalityexperience preferable.
    KNOWLEDGE
    • Usage of Job portals, Social Media, etc. for hiring Talent.
    • Usage of sourcing tools and methods
    • Networking & Managing Candidate Database
