Job Description

    Senior Finance Controller / Dy CFO Manufacturing CA 15-20 yearsSenior Finance Controller CA IGAAP 15-20 years ManufacturingSr Finance Manager - Manufacturing - CA IGAAP - 15-20 years- Responsible for the accounting-controlling and audit function- Should have complete command over accounting policies, practice and standards - both Indian and US/International GAAP.- Will lead and be responsible for all financial and compliance audits and should be hands on audit matters and processes.- Will be responsible for control and compliance framework of the Organisation and effective approval-cum-authorization and control checks, both physical and systems- Oversee the accounting requirements across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payables,- Accruals and Expense Claims, Inter Company, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Tax related and other general ledger related while ensuring that the accounting and records are accurate, incompliance and error free.- Closing the books of accounts for month-quarter and year end and reporting the same.- Error-free and timely sign off of balance sheet reconciliation.- Flag risks if any and work with the team to find counter measures- AR - Credit appraisals and monitoring collections and achieving DSO targets- AP Oversee advances and payments and adhering to the DPO requirements- Process capex and investment requests while ensuring same are in line with Budget- Monitor expense/spend investments vis-a-vis budgets.- Accounting for taxes.- Insurance- In-charge of the annual closing of books,- India statutory audit- India required internal audit- Group audit and those related to- Balance Sheet reviews- SOX, anti-corruption. internal and other Group directed audits.MIS :- Responsible for managing treasury activities including monitoring liquidity, cash flow and fx conversions. Will be also responsible for annual insurance renewals and achieving coverage-cost targets in insurance.- Strong accounting and audit fundamentals exposure to both Indian GAAP and International/USGAAP and handled audits independently- Additional qualification and work experience in Costing will be given preference- Sound knowledge of controls and compliance- ERP (Oracle preferred) excellent comment over MS- Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.- Lead a team of 8-12 membersEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :1. CA with 15-20 of post-qualification experience.2. Exposure to the manufacturing work environment is a must.3. Prior experience in Indian/foreign MNCs will be advantageousComp: 75 L,
