Job Description

    *RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Performing the assigned tasks effectively and efficiently as per DOI and agreed timeline in SLA;
    • Work towards customer satisfaction by providing quality service, that is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated effectively;
    • Ability to interact with cross functional teams and establish good net-working skills;
    • Adhere to Standardization of process across countries and highlight any deviation;
    • Understand the Approval Grid and DoA and work is carried out based on instructions from those who hold right approvals;
    • Wherever needed understand the Policy, Procedures and operating manual for carrying out the BAU and compliance;
    • Understand and truly follow the Group Code of Conduct, Close Personal relationships to avoid conflict of Interest;
    • Completion of all the mandatory e-Learning before the scheduled due date;
    • Follow all the documentation, Operational procedures so as to ensure that we are ready to face audit at anytime and adherence to established control processes;
    • Assurance of effective controls in place through KCSA / KRI / CST;
    Regulatory & Business Conduct
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.     • Lead the [country / business unit / function/ [team] to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles : Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
    • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
