This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
    • Member of Access Management Reconciliation service for the Banks critical applications and data repositories (Network Shares and Shared Folders)
    • Liaise with IAM Operations, Production Support and Country System Support group to resolve Open Share Folder /Open Home Folder /Unsecured Shared Folder reconciliation exceptions.
    • Continually review, enhance and champion the Access Management Reconciliation and end-to-end components to streamline activities, introduce automation and ensure compliance with process objectives.
    • Effectively deliver secured and timely remediations in full compliance with the documented processes.
    • Engage with Business and Applications stakeholders to ensure critical Bank application data is reconciled into the core IAM processes, procedures, controls and technologies.
    • Engage with the IAM Identity Lifecycle Management team to migrate manually reconciled applications to policy, automated direct connected applications.
    • Act as the SME for Access Management Reconciliation in the bank, providing guidance and training to Stakeholder/Users.
    • Liaise with the CISRO and IAM Service Management team to define the Banks processes in line with the Unstructured Data standards defined in the ICS
    • To actively act in the Access Management Reconciliation in accordance to SLAs, OLAs, KRIs, KCIs and KPIs.
    • Maintain knowledge of emerging Access Management on Share Folder governance and review processes/standards on a regular basis.
    • Monitor and report on Access Management Reconciliation security risks and compliance to the IAM Risk & Control team.
    • Work with stakeholders such as business users, COOs, CIOs, technology groups, End User Services, Secure Design Centre, CISO, IT Risk etc. to ensure the continuous improvement of the banks Cyber Security capabilities
    • Proactively engage with stakeholders to obtain buy-in for the service and manage the escalations and expectations accordingly.

    • Significant transformation is underway within the Cyber Security Services (CSS), under the overall purview of COO Trust, Data and Resilience, to rapidly improve the control environment, along with digitization and innovation.
    Business
    • The CSS team is made up of cyber security thought leaders, who are accountable for the provision of a global set of cyber security services and products in order to maintain and continuously improve Bank s cyber security posture in today s ever evolving cyber security landscape.
    • The CSS team protect the Bank from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security technology services, managing and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of Bank s business operations; and meet the both internal and external stakeholders expectations across 70+ countries and territories, in which SCB operates.

    • Minimum 8 years experience in any of the Information Security domains.
