Job Description

      • We are looking for an experienced sales professional with extensive experience in Key Account Business Development to develop our business in India.This role will be responsible for growing the account portfolio by solution selling and leveraging Keva Flavours extensive portfolio of flavor solutions with primary focus on beverages & dairy. You will build cross functional relationships with key customers and achieve annual budgeted revenue, volume and profitability targets for the category.
      • Key Accountabilities:
        • Develop the category for domestic B2B businesses as per companys growth plans.
        • Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
        • Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights.
        • Identify new sales opportunities and ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers.
        • Regular sampling and its follow ups, technical feedback given to the flavorists according to the inputs given by the customer would be a key area of focus.
        • Monthly reporting, budget preparation, concept presentation, quality brief generation, effective communication with the customers, updating monthly progress on projects, price negotiation, forming yearly contracts in some cases will be some of the regular activities for this position.
      • Qualification &Skills
        • 12 - 18 years of sales experience gained within the Ingredients or Flavours industry (B2B sales).
        • Builds partnerships based on trust and integrity; collaborates to maximize value from cross-functional teamwork
        • Prior experience of handling large corporates / national accounts is preferred
        Education:Any graduate / post graduate with above mentioned experienceM Tech / B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology or Food Science will be added advantage
