    • Lead the delivery of PMI to business stakeholders and ensure timely MI for each reporting month.
    • Ensure pre-requisites are in place, handle exceptions and lead initiatives to manage recurring themes.
    • Review and validate approach and solutions for new change requests to PMI infrastructure.
    • Prepare MI related to delivery, ensure adherence to applicable process controls vide the overall risk frameworks.
    • Manage Stakeholders Country finance teams & consumers.
    • Drive resolution of sourcing as well as infrastructure issues by liaising with technology or upstream business/tech teams.
    • Guide and mentor team members in order to ensure the right skill set and team performance.
    Strategy
    • Ability to manage the overall service delivery process End to end.
    Business
    • Very good level skills in MS Excel, SQL, Oracle.
    Processes
    • Perform Data Quality/Variance Analysis and provide inference to country on variance.
    • Monitor & track the variance Analysis performed by the team.
    People and Talent
    • Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.
    • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
    • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
    • Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
    Risk Management
    • Manage operational risk of making sure no queries are left unanswered, partially answered.
    Governance
    • Responsibility to track the Variance analysis performed by the team, and have an effective oversight on the variance closure.
    Regulatory & Business Conduct
    • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

    • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
