Job Description

Senior Manager Business Insights (Sales Performance Reporting)

  • Sales MIS Performance Reporting and Business Analytics: Interact with Sales Account Team and engage with key Banca /Broker Partner teams on customized Performance Reporting , work closely with key account managers (KAMs) and partner interaction . Build customized Formats to integrate and feed into the Partner Third Party Software
  • Build the review framework for Performance Monitoring through an automated metric Dashboard - Engagement across stages from Requirement Gathering , Business Analysis , Development, Go Live to Sustenance
  • Sales Project Implementation, -SDLC, UAT, Tracking, Surveillance, Administration and Support
  • Qliksense Analytics :(a) Manage ETL to ensure optimum utilization of available resource. Ensure update of dashboards/reports as per agreed SLA. (b) Undertake Performance Testing and Quality Control on applications prior to deployment in production environment.(c) Implement Governance Mechanism of Application access control.
Candidate Requirement :Any B.E/ B.Tech with 8- 10 years of hands on expertise in Data Management , Business Analysis , Qliksense Analytics , extensive experience in Data-modeling, ETL & Report design and development ,Data Management- Construct, Manage Data Structures, Expertise in tools of Qlikview/Qliksense 5 years of experience in Business Analysis/hands -on experience on Data Analysis tool software (Qlik/Tableau) and prior team managerial experience in managing in-house or vendor source Candidate with experience in BFSI/ Insurance industry will be preferred ,
