Job Description

    *Roles and Responsibilities The job holder is primarily responsible for the end-to-end design and deployment of processes supporting wealth management products and services in Africa and Middle East.The holder will also support to country, regional and group initiatives in design, development and implementation of various initiatives as will be requested from time to time.
    • Ensure process and system design enhances Client experience while aligning to WM Procedures / Process Standards as well as Retail Procedures / Control Standards.
    • Challenge additional requirements in practice in countries against standards basis applicable Local Regulations / System constraints.
    • Conceptualize processes, identify key risks, suggest controls and issue operating guidelines to all stake holders, with their buy-in.
    • Review changes to Procedures/Standards perform gap analysis and initiate necessary changes in systems/processes to align.
    • Participate in WM digital transformation projects and ensure system design aligns applicable WM / Retail standards.
    • Understand solution/design and interfaces across WM, Retail systems, Channels and other relevant interfaces that participate in the impacted processes in delivering the WM processes.
    • Perform other related duties assigned.

    • Ensure process and system design align to CPBB Process universe, relevant Control Standards and enhance Client experience.
    • Challenge additional requirements in practice in countries against standards basis applicable Local Regulations / System constraints.

    • Achieve Business Efficiency targets.
    • Work with Country Contact resources to provide Training and Conduct post implementation reviews to identify implementation gaps.
    Processes
    • Conceptualize processes, identify key risks, suggest controls and issue operating guidelines to all stake holders, with their buy-in.
    • Participate in all systems & technology related projects and initiatives to ensure that changes and enhancements align to applicable standards.
    • Understand Retail Bank s Data Model and embed the same in digital solutions;
    • Understand solution/design and interfaces across Origination Systems, Channels, ICM, ICDD, Core Banking, TP systems(UTS), Servicing Channels, and other relevant interfaces that participate in the impacted processes in CPBB Process Universe.

    • Ability to understand process gaps & advise controls to mitigate.

    • Periodically review changes to procedures required because of new initiatives, new products or regulatory amendments and issue procedures to ensure all stakeholders impacted are aware of the changes and are able to implement new procedures.

    Our Ideal Candidate
    • 5-7 years experience in WM and Retail Processes and Products is essential.
    • Incumbent should possess strong analytical, process design skills with ability to connect policies, standards, system design.
    • Strong MS Office skills Visio and SharePoint sites is essential.
    • Incumbent should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Africa & Middle East region.
    • Must be able to work at various time-zones (Middle East, Africa).
