When they arent busy scaling business, youll find them dabbling with cutting edge tools, running new experiments and sharpening their knives for the next attack.About the role - This position will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all Shaadi.com Performance Campaigns (i.e. UAC, Facebook, OEMs, Affiliates etc). The most valuable traits we are looking for in this role are:Ownership- You will be the sole owner for digital and performance metrics and will be expected to demonstrate an owners mind-setCreativity - You will need to think laterally and deeply to come up with solutions that create marketing benchmarksFrugality - Low cost/effort - high impact orientationVelocity - You will be expected to deliver results in a fast paced, operationally intensive, and rapidly changing environmentStrategy & business orientation - Ability to think through market dynamics, market shares, and various other drivers of business. High comfort with data and analytic/graphing tools.What you will do in this roleArchitect the paid acquisition strategy for Shaadi.com globally, managing around INR 50-75Crs of spendsContinuously focus on improving ROI for the performance campaigns by identifying the right channels to acquire quality audiencesScale acquisitions in India and expand to new geographies globallyStay ahead of the curve by tracking metrics, analyzing data, identifying emergent trends, researching competitive activity & presenting insights.What you should have- Strong understanding of the paid acquisitions landscape demonstrable experience in UAC / GDN, Facebook, SEM, OEMs.- Ability to work with tech teams to onboard cutting-edge tools that drive efficiency and scale- Deep appreciation for communications and the value it brings to the performance of digital campaigns- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads Console, Webmaster console, Moz, Google Play Console, Apple Developer account, App Annie and email marketing tools.Basic SQL knowledgeJob Location - Tardeo, Mumbai.Working days : 5 days,
