Role Responsibilities
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
• Performing and documenting /design
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems
• Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues
• Creating tools to store data within the organization
• Understand user requirements by conducting usability test and requirements gather in conjunction with business analysts and technical members of the team
• Conduct research via focus groups, usability test or other related tools
• To participate in data driven user experiences design process
• Qualifications & Skills
• Experience as a Tableau developer with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Further, hands on experience in other BI tools such as SAP SAC, SAP Lumira, and Power BI is an advantage.
• Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
• Development and implementation of data visualization, product-focused delivery processes, and core data information infrastructure for finance digital MI
• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.
• Capture reporting requirements from various partners, architect the solution/report using Tableau, understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
• knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and related tools
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
• Should have handled complexity around data engineering or data.
• Added advantage to have experience in SQL skills, (on TSQL) and handling databases like MS SQL
• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in Tableau, SAP SAC, Lumira, Power BI, SQL, Advance reporting and BI solutions
