Working days: 6 days, work from officeRoles:The purpose of this job is to drive and track marketing performance and enhance sales offline and online for the company.Responsibilities:Strategic Excellence- Build a marketing strategy(online, offline) in alignment with the companys growth goals. Breaks down revenue goals to actionable targets across marketing units- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insightsMust have for the candidates:- Subject Matter Expertise: Strong understanding of building & scaling marketing & growth strategy. Deep understanding of the e-commerce and B2C/D2C brands. - Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics and Facebook ads, Advanced excel- Must have handled decent-sized campaign budgets on Google & Facebook- Must have experience in setting up campaigns from scratch- Should be hands-on with campaign management (Delivering ROI metrics) along with managing agency partnersAdditional Inputs:- The person would be reporting to the Founders and would be part of the Core/Leadership team of Cai Store- People partnership: Builds credibility & rapport with all stakeholders. Is a thought partner to the founders for discussing the revenue targets and goals.Ability to maintain and motivate a team of 5+ members. Hence the prior experience of working with Founders and/or People management is a big plus- Looking for an Ambitious individual.
