They are looking for a Sr manager R&D based out of Mumbai.Description :Reporting to VP Technical and Business Head, You will be responsible for : - Handling Product development for Ayurveda products like pills, tablets, capsules, medicated oils etc- Handling clinical for claim substantiation- Handling claims for various products and for creating dossiers- Handling areas like Tech Transfer, creating specs, analytics etc- Setting up R&D lab for Ayurveda NPDProfile :Ideally you are full time M.Pharm/B.Pharm/ Ayurveda with 10-20 years of experience in NPD and formulations in Ayurveda space. You must have at least 5 years of experience in developing Ayurveda products. - You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
