Position Summary: This is a Total Rewards leadership role supporting the design, governance and administration solutions for the Company s compensation and benefits programs primarily in India as well as within the APAC region.As a key member of the global Total Rewards team, this role will have accountability for wide ranging compensation & benefits activities across this region.
