This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesPrimary - Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master ICS Transformation Remediation Programme (TRP) for Risk, Compliance, Digital Foundations Tech, Corp Affairs & Brand ManagementSecondary BAU support for ICS BAU remediation and centralised Global Functions ICS reporting covering all functionals units in Global FunctionsJob Description

  • Coordinate with ICS-TRP agree prioritization criteria, scope, schedule & funding model for existing production apps
  • Work with GF Heads of ICS (part of 1LOD) on prioritization and scope and provide technical inputs on applications
  • Work with GF Domain SPOCs to prioritise and schedule remediation activities agreed with ICS-TRP
  • Drive execution of agreed ICS remediation scope in Risk, Compliance & Digital Foundations domain in GF
  • Coordinate ad-hoc remediation activities primarily in IAM PID space (Identity & Access Mgmt - Privileged ID Mgmt)
  • Follow-up and oversee on-going BAU remediation activity Security patching
  • Guidance on ICS Policy & standards
  • Guidance on SIA (Security Impact Assessment)
  • Represent GF in ICS Policy & standards review; continuous simplification
  • Comprehensive ICS status tracker for 276 GF applications, 22 ICS Controls coverage, 2021 scope-status, heatmap, Crown Jewels
  • Represent GF in weekly status review calls with ICS-TRP
  • Fortnightly status review with GF HICS and GF Domain PMs/SPOCs
Our Ideal CandidateIncumbent has 30 years experience in Standard Chartered covering various businesses and functions in Operations and Technology. The last 6 years has been in Compliance technology, Risk mgmt. and last 1.5 years in Cyber Security Technology deliveryCertifications include:
  • PMP (Project Mgmt Practice)
  • CAMS Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist
  • CSM - Certified Scrum MasterCISP Certified Information Security Professional (Undergoing training)
