Job Description

    The Senior Resource Scheduling Manager will be responsible for scheduling management within the Internal Audit (IA) function. This team member, in coordination our IA partners, will be responsible for making sure audit engagements are staffed with the right people and at the right time.Key Responsibilities:
    • This position has day-to-day oversight responsibilities for a team of Resource Schedulers, who have primary scheduling responsibilities for designatedgroups within IA.
    • Ensuresadherencetoprinciples/procedures/guidelinesandescalatesaccordingly.
    • Defines and drives scheduling insights.
    • Communicates and partners regularly with Chief Auditors and members of IA Executive Management Team ( IA EMT ) relative to regular scheduling activities for designated group(s).
    • Provides optimization recommendations and problem-solves.
    • Responsible for driving strategic initiatives in relationto scheduling management. Acts as a change leader to continuously embed an informed scheduling culture.
    Qualifications:
    • 6+ years of experience in a related role or experience in business, human capital, and resource management; other related areas include Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Planning and Analytics.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and organizations pushes self and colleagues to higher levels of performance by actively listening and engaging in constructive dialogues.
    • Treats people with respect and assumes the intentions of others are based on common purpose and shared goals.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with process-oriented execution, with a high attention to detail.
    • Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and no surprises approach in communicating issues and strength in sustaining independent views. This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic, and approachable style.
    • Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
    • Self-starterwhocanmultitaskinadynamic,team-orientedenvironment.
    • Prior internal audit experience is a plus.
    • Priorpeoplemanagementpreferred.
