Job Description

The Service Introduction Manager acts as the primary contact point for Onboarding/GoLive issues and questions, and is responsible for interfacing between the Customer/SI partner, Service Manager and the OnDemand Operations team.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acts as the primary contact point for Onboarding/GoLive issues/questions and interfaces between the Customer/SI partner, Service Manager and the OnDemand Operations team
  • Identifies and develops trusted adviser relationship with Customer/SI stakeholders and sponsors to understand project
  • Facilitates on-boarding sessions with Customers
  • Proactively identifies and manages any potential risks and works with applicable resources to implement a mitigation plan
  • Responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials
  • Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress,
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project
  • Develops the tools / processes / procedures to grow and mature the OnDemand business to allow for cost-effective future growth and scale
  • Effectively manages follow-up items to completion/closure
  • Mentors team members
  • May work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required

  • Bachelor s Degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years experience preferably in a similar, customer-facing role
  • Experience successfully leading projects
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing project teams of various sizes
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
  • Demonstrated experience working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to build successful and trusted relationships with colleagues and customer
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Superior skills in MS apps including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
