        • Key Responsibilities : Must have 10-15 years of experience in supporting the following functional area -End to End workflow for ITMS/Ticketing Tools -In depth knowledge in application monitoring -In depth knowledge on networking, firewal security -In depth knowledge in setting of remote connectivity, VPN SFTP etc -In depth knowledge of file encryption and decryptions -Cloud-Based e-mail solution Should have exposure of managing third parties/vendors
        • Technical Experience : Must have 10-15 years of IT supports in the following area Microsoft O365 email solution UNIDESK Ticketing Tools OTRS application alert tools Dynatrace/AppDynamics tool PIM ARCOS Should have expertise in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Should have exposure of managing changes, project schedule, project costs using appropriate techniques Should have exposure in measuring project performance against agreed SLA
        • Professional Attributes : Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to work with discipline in 24 x 7 x 365 working environment Should be available to work/operate from client location/office ie Mumbai Client Relationship Management, Strong in Proactive Risk Management to minimize potential risks
        • Educational Qualification : Must have Bank IT support exposure Academic- As per Accenture policy
