Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTIONCompany - UltraTech Cement Pvt.LtdDepartment - Marine Dept.Location - Mumbai AndheriExperience 3-5 yearsThe key responsibilities shall be:
    1. Performance Management of Cement Ships, Barges and MBCs
    To capture Speed and Bunker consumptions of all Ships, and review performance as per contract.
    1. To carry out Lay time Calculations
      1. Ensure timely completion of all lay time calculations and ensure maximum saving to company
      2. Liaison with internal stake holders to reduce demurrage, and resolve disputes regarding Lay time calculations.
    1. To arrange Bunkers for all UltraTech Chartered Ships, as per requirement raised by Cement Carrier and MBC/Barges team.
    1. To arrange Vessel Insurance
      1. Ensures the Vessel insurances are taken for each and every voyages in UTCL Account, whether it is Cement / Clinker / Import.
      2. Also allocates the insurance cost to all the units as per shipments.
      3. Reconciliation of vessel Insurance accounts.
    1. To support Cement Carrier and MBC/Barges team.
    1. To assist with Vendor/contract management of Shipping contracts.
    1. To assist with MIS of Shipping activities.
    1. To have good Command over Microsoft Excel & Power Point, basic understanding of Power BI.
    1. To prepare Shipping Monthly Review and assist in analysis.
