  • This role works within the Credit CoE within the larger Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation team to act as an SME to facilitate strategic changes and improvements across the end-to-end Credit Life cycle.
  • Provide functional knowledge and build risk environment and culture in the Change Management and Project Management areas to engage, mobilise and transition, further help in building a Credit CoE within the Client Lifecycle Management operating model
  • Formulate and execute against change management plans
  • Own and produce key change management deliverables, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged and bought-in throughout delivery
  • Drive delivery of successful communications, engagement, training and business implementation outcomes across global teams.
Business
  • Primarily support the change the bank and run the bank changes within Credit CoE, the role includes but not limited to: entices Head of Change Management in driving successful user adoption of operating model implementations on a global scale
Processes
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions during discovery phase for new initiatives/features
  • Support product managers with policy interpretation, UX/UI designs and defining user journeys
  • Support in change impact assessments and delivery of various transformation initiatives
  • Support change management activities such as conducting trainings and preparing user guides
  • Support in control testing for new features and initiatives
  • Manage multiple business stakeholders across geographies and client segments
People and Talent Must Have:
  • Credit domain expertise; preferably 10+ years of experience as a Credit analyst or Credit approver
  • Functional knowledge of Credit systems in a Corporate, Commercial and Institutional banking context
  • Good communication skills and analytical mindset
Risk Management
  • Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees

  • Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the Greater China Credit Flow team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Substantial experience in the managing end to end management of the entire credit process.
  • Experience working in Credit (RM, analyst, approver and change managers in the credit space). System
  • Desire and an experience working in the Credit transformation piece.
  • Ensure requirements traceability through JIRA as per standards
  • Experience working on testing tools like JIRA
  • Support UAT Strategy, Planning and delivery, UAT Entry and Exit and Closures
