    Job descriptionJOBDESCRIPTIONSocialMediaExecutiveMarketing&Comms|Mumbai,IndiaDescriptionYou will be part of the global marketing & communications team, responsible for devising SMstrategies and executing campaigns for all platforms.This role would suit a passionate and creative Social Media executive who will beresponsible for implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our onlinepresence. The SM Executive will work closely with our global Digital Marketing team to craftengaging content for daily distribution across our channels.Role&Responsibilities: Write compelling and engaging copy for social media and web Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Measure the success of every social media campaign Set specific objectives and report on ROI Liaise with the design team to ensure smooth execution of projects Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos,videos and news) Engage with allied social media for funnelling and brand creation IMDB, Quora,Linkedin, Influencers, etc Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organisations mission, visionand values to inspire and proactively pitch new ideas for SM campaigns Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools andapplications Responding and effectively engaging with the comments on each of the brand SMaccountsCandidateBackground:Experience:1-2 years work experience specialized in social media marketing preferably for an international brandSkills: Excellent command of the English language, including creativity, spelling, grammarand punctuation. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively aspart of an international team Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines whilst maintaininga keen eye for detail Proven ability to build and grow social media communities Ability to craft and deliver copy tailored to different social media platforms Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
