Job Description

    • Overseeing a companys interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms content strategies.
    • Analysing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
    • Work within the marketing team to ideate, conceptualise and execute content offerings Ensure content produced is creative, snappy, grammatically sound, and fit for our target audience.
    • In this role you will be directly responsible for our social media strategy & execution, email and Whatsapp marketing content.
    • You will collaborate with sales and customer service teams for marketing communication needs Hands on experience in content management Excellent copywriting skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics Knowledge of online marketing channels Familiarity with web design Excellent communication skills
    • Requirements:- 2-3 years experience in creating a range of content for a brand
    • Real-time experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
    • Ability to write error-free short and long-form content
    • Enthusiasm and ability to grasp and learn the newest tech to aid and execute content tasks
    • Interest and experience in creating video content is a bonus (reels, YouTube shorts, customer testimonials, explainer videos, etc.
