Job Description

    - Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with organizations objectives.- Prepare and present proposals for commercial leasing- Prepare and present proposals for society redevelopments- Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination- Plan and execute events such as brokers meets and on-site poojans, etc.- Implement CRM software and systems for lead management and processing- Plan and execute sales scripting and sales collateral- Manage relationships with mar-comm agencies, event coordinators and other relevant vendors for implementation of agreed communication strategies- Prepare and manage marketing plans and budgets.- Track metrics for campaign success for all marketing programs and promotional activities and derive insights represented by way of reports- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and optimize sales.- Selecting the right channels of marketing along with agencies.- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events for Brand Promotions to ensure brand visibility and awareness.- Identify and use innovative communication techniques and platforms to enable a better reach.- Identify and participate in external events as well as plan out larger events.- Define the scope of Corporate Communications & Brand standards for the Brand.Key Skills:- Prior experience in sales is a plus- Microsoft Office (especially excel, word and powerpoint) and Email Software- Personal leadership - the ability to take quick decisions and manage multiple tasks at a time- Prior experience in managing field representatives and vendors/ managing events- Open to doing extensive field work and open to travel- Good skills of planning for self and the team as well as the activities/vendors.- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and vendor management skillsIndustry : Real EstateGender:Experience: : 3 to 6 years experience in marketing activation role in Real Estate Marketing and/or sales, Property industryJob Location: Vile Parle- MumbaiWorking Days: 6 daysReporting to:Qualification: : Any graduate/MBA in MarketingCTC: UPTO 6 LakhsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysJob Location:MumbaiJob Sector:Real EstateRequired Experience:3 - 6 year(s)Relevant Experience:3 years
