• Process Engineering - To perform requirements analysis, understanding the business requirement and design and develop optimized and customized solutions for customer. Solution depending on customer can range from design to testing and deployment.
• Apply and extended CI/CD tools and execute end-2-end ownership of your developed software stack, including DevOps and testing aspects.
• Experience with deployment and container based tools on AWS - Kubernetes, Docker
• Strong working knowledge of one or more public cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud
• Good hands-on experience in DevOps tools like GIT/Stash, Gitlab, Jenkins, JIRA
• Implements streaming analysis algorithms to generate question focused data sets (QFDs).
• Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs.
• Participates in architecture and software development activities.
• Uses open source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.
• Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery
• Build, maintain, and monitor configuration standards and develop ways to improve the monitoring and backlogs.
• Maintain day-to-day management and administration of systems by documenting and designing various processes, updating existing processes.
• Solid experience with design and implementation of embedded firmware that meets real-time, low-power, reliability, and security requirements, under hardware resource constrains
• Solid understanding and experience with software engineering principles, work flows, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with integration, bring-up, testing, and debugging of software on hardware platforms;
Who are you
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or related discipline required or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
• Minimum 2 + years previous experience in DevOps environment
• Decent working knowledge of GitLab
• Decent working knowledge of Amazon Web Services
• Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations
• Experience with Linux infrastructures, AWS, Artifactory, Docker, CI/CD tools, Python, GitLab, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies
• Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential solutions clearly and confidently
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Significant experience with Windows and Linux operating system environments
• Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python
• Experience with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes
• Experience with agile software development in C++, Java, JavaScript.
• Exposure to problem solving
