Job Description

    Position: Software Implementation/Commissioning Manager (5-7 Years of Exp.)Skills Required:
    1. Strong knowledge of IBMS systems like core BMS System, Access Controls, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Integrations of DG, UPS, LT, HT, Energy Meter, Water Meter, BTU Meter, CPM, etc.
    2. Hands-on systems commissioning & integration knowledge of core BMS System, Access Controls, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Integrations of DG, UPS, LT, HT, Energy Meter, Water Meter, BTU Meter, CPM, etc.
    3. Proficient in understanding of Installation Topologies like MSTP, RTU, RS485, RS232.
    4. Proficient in understanding of Installation Protocols like BACnet, Modbus, KNX, N2, Lon Works.
    5. Quick Learner & Grasper of New IBMS commissioning software & configuration tools at scale.
    6. Good Site Coordination skills to deal commissioning process with 3rd Party Site Vendors.
    7. Good Verbal & Mail Communication Skills for professional follow-ups.
    8. Good Relationship Management Skills for smooth RFI & Handing Over Process.
    9. Smart enough to understand the site priorities & manage the site commissioning accordingly.
    10. Good customer relationship management skills.
    11. Strong personality to deal with site vendors and escalations if any.
    12. Strong commissioning & Device Knowledge of all IBMS systems.
    A person with Strong IBMS System knowledge should understand & manage the smooth transition from Installation Manager to prepare the commissioning SOPs related to all site wide IBMS systems for its Monitoring, Control & Integration.A person shall do quick & fruit full follow-ups for the 3rd Party system Integration vendors to fetch registry files & interface data before the commissioning started by coordinating with installations manager & team.A person shall understand & plan site commissioning using appropriate protocol & topology as set during installation process. a Person shall make sure of the whole IBMS Systems end to end commissioning process is in line with the customer expectation & quality on time.A person shall clearly understand the customer application requirement of the equipment & manage the commissioning and related processes accordingly.A person shall able to judge the priority & gravity of the site situations & clearly communicate the stack holders either internal or external and manage smooth commissioning process accordingly.A person shall understand the hardware clearly so can take independent site change/update decisions without affecting time & quality of installations & commissioning by informing the concerned stack holders.A person shall be expected to demonstrate the behaviors like hardworking, smart, self-motivated, ready to learn approach, willing to do & problem solver attitude.A person shall be smart enough do the high quality commissioning checks & gets the RFIs approved & shall take site handover smoothly.
