Job Description

The Software Solutions Engineer I will assist in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the Duck Creek application, including security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops functional understanding of the Duck Creek product suite and its technical componentsSupports engineers and the Technical Architect in ensuring that the architecture components interact to fulfill the requirements and meet performance goalsSupports customization of products to customer specifications, which may include customized user interface and integrating with third party softwareParticipates in quality management reviews as outlined in the Quality Management practice to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standardsPerforms other related duties and activities as required.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
