This in turn helps us to provide better support to our broad client base.The Role ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include the following and applicable on a 24*7 basis with adjustable weekday and weekend hours of work.

  • Own and drive SRE excellence in managing and automating SCB Network Automation Platforms that support the Global Network & Security Infrastructure
  • Manage SRE initiatives as SCRUM projects, following Agile methodologies.
  • Lead Integration efforts of the Products in Network Domain and Solutions across the Bank.
  • Drive the Network Automation agenda around Cloud, Security, APIs, Data Analytics & AIops with ML.
  • Manage Network domain deliverables across Change Automation, Incident response, Project provisioning, Compliance reporting and transversal service layer integration activities across Bank Platforms.
  • Lead adoption of DevOps methodology using Bank s CI/CD pipeline
  • Automate tools to achieve Regulatory compliance for Component & Infrastructure solutions
  • Design IM/CM activities by driving scripting of tasks and integrating to Banks presentation layer for Mgmt reporting.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort for identifying problematic area and providing permanent fixes.
  • Communicating with customers for providing expert advice.
  • Be a team player & lead creative initiatives
  • Focus on customer experience Delight the Customer
Our Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate should possess:
  • Undergrad/Graduate degree in a technical discipline with good professional certification.
  • Around 8 to 12 years of in-depth, hands-on working knowledge in automation of Network/Security infrastructure with global MNC environment preferably in BFSI industry or in a RIM profile handling large enterprise customer
  • Python or any language coding skills to develop solutions to manage Platforms (*nix, Win*) driving automation solutions with an IAC approach.
  • Experience in Service Integration with Industry platforms like ServiceNow, Akamai and Cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Experience in implementing vendor supported open-source tools to deploy advanced monitoring of complex health/performance parameters and alerting / response of issues.
  • Industry certifications
  • Technical Skills on Network & Security platforms are highly desired
  • Experience in working with cross-border teams, preferably in BFSI industry and/or Global enterprise.
  • Should be able to prioritize tasks with good time management skills
  • Must have excellent customer focus along with presentation skills
  • Strong technical & analytical skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with external clients and multiple groups within the company
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Cultural sensitivity allowing understanding of how business expectations differ in different cultural environments
