The role incumbent will be responsible for the support and maintenance of a company s HR systems, processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity etc.What is the job like
      • You will partner with business and Tech leadership to rationalise the portfolio of enterprise applications and retire outdated or unnecessary systems.
      • You will lead the strategy, design, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all enterprise technology applications and platforms used by the Enabling Functions (Corporate Services) of Titan, Radix and Corporate Functions to run the company and manage the business, including ERP, CRM, HR, PM, BI, ITSM, EHS, Intranet, and other information systems.
      • You will collaborate with global Enabling Functions (Corporate Services) leadership to formulate technology plans, estimate costs, and ensure solutions will meet strategic needs.
      • You will be accountable for the implementation and delivery of enterprise applications including technologies and services to deliver robust, secure, scalable and supportable technology solutions that achieve business requirements.
      • You will improve operational processes and support critical business strategies by directing the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
      • You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system.
      • You will identify opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes and liaise with IT vendors on system implementation & supporting User Acceptance testing.
      • You will drive regular reviews and support implementation of HR system upgrades or patches when required.
      • You will also collaborate with executive leadership and People Success leaders to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
      • You will serve as the lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects along with ensuring system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
      • You will maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications by leading and overseeing the procurement of appropriate hardware and software to ensure that the organization has high quality, efficient systems.
    • Supervisory Responsibilities: You will also be responsible to recruit, interview, hire, and trains new employees by overseeing the daily workflow of the team and provide constructive and timely performance evaluations by participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
    What do you need
      • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management required.
      • At least 5 years of database management or related experience required with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory position as a lead/HRIS manager in a tech enabled startup (preferable) or Product companies system integrator.
      • Someone who has worked in large corporate managing productivity software.
      • Problem solver and an attitude to learn.
      • Go-getter and who loves challenges.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).Team Management.
      • Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
      • Vendor Management and negotiation skills.
      • Proficient in MS Excel Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and can effectively multi-task.
    • Competencies:

    • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

    • Ability to keep information confidential.
    • Thorough understanding of database construction.
    • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.(Darwinbox preferred)
