Job Description

    We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist who can turn complex data into crisp insights and provide a basis for shaping the organization s People Strategy. This role will primarily work with multiple stakeholders - founders, leaders and corporate HR, to help them unlock the power of data. *Prior relevant experience is compulsory.What will you do
    • Work with founders and leaders to understand the business context, workforce challenges, translate them into long term business challenges and provide sustainable data-driven models that can address these challenges
    • Work on large data sets - clean, organize and structure data to make it understandable to stakeholders.
    • Use advanced MS Excel/ Google Sheets with logical reasoning and formulas to identify trends and draw insights.
    • Use Data Visualization tools for easy reference and comprehensibility
    • Prepare reports and findings to draw insights and enable direct actions - in areas like Compensation, Workforce Planning, attrition forecasting, Learning and Development metrics, Benefits utilization etc
    • Ensure best practices are followed for data capture and tracking.
    • Establish systems and processes that ensure robust management of org data and plan for seamless report generation and refreshes
    • Use tools on Business Intelligence, Power BI etc for Dashboard Development, Reporting Automations, Data Visualization
    • Project Management: Collaborate with the broader HR function, Finance, Legal, Business, and IT team members for requirements-gathering, process improvements and day-to-day activities
    • Identify areas for improving process efficiencies as the firm scales up and grows and collaborate with teams to implement strategies for evolving needs
    What do you need
    • Bachelors degree with 3-5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, preferably in the HR domain and tech industry
    • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Excel,Google Sheets, PowerPoint etc
    • Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Excel etc
    • Experience or familiarity with basic automation using MS Excel/ Google Sheets, VBAm Python, Javascript and MS Power Automate
    • Thinks out of the box and arrives at creative solutions to complex challenges
    • Strong attention to detail
    • High on ownership and comfortable working under tight timelines
    • Ability to independently manage and influence stakeholders across org hierarchy
    • Enthusiastic in staying up to date with innovation and market trends in the People Analytics space
    • Able to project manage in an agile approach with a continuous improvement attitude
