• Focus on customer intimacy deliver business impact and innovation to business by understanding key business issues and opportunities
• Create a consistent and valued customer experience developing and scaling repeatable methodologies and proven best practices
• Work closely with global community leaders to ensure that local enablement needs are clearly understood and part of our broader enablement plans
• Mentor and coach team members, hire and develop key talent, and manage performance
• Participate in transforming the organization towards a Data Driven culture
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor timelines, stakeholder reporting, steer committee meetings & handle changes, conflicts & escalations.
• Planning & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops and Design sessions with various stakeholders on their requirements.
• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project and escalating the delays.
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Creating a project budget and ensure that there is not much difference between the Projected Budget and Actual Budget.
• Tracking & Managing milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Performing product testing related to RFx s, Auctions, PR, PO, Catalogues, Supplier management and performance evaluations.
• Keeping track of Version Upgrades and implementing new functionalities incorporated in these upgrade as per Business Requirements.
• Work with Business team (Requirement Gathering, Blueprint, Preparing UAT, Conducting UAT)
• Coordinate with the MDM / MDO Team for Supplier Registration Process
• Coordinate with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) team for smooth processing of Vendor Invoices.
• Coordinate with the Service Team (Ticketing Tool) for Formula Based Contracts module for Packing Materials
• Work closely with ABAP, BASIS, CPI, Network teams for Integration related queries / issues encountered
Skill Requirement
• 6-8 years of experience out of which 3-5 years should be in Ivalua
• Ability to evaluate and develop the existing teams and reshape it as necessary while mentoring and inspiring the team
• Highly collaborative and excels in highly matrixed environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications
• Track record of successfully collaborating with critical business stakeholders
• Expertise in Ivalua Strategic Sourcing, Supplier management, Contract Management & Procure-To-Pay
• Expertise in Ivalua for functional and technical aspects on the above Ivalua modules.
• Good experience in understanding the business processes in Ivalua and SAP
• Should have handled various Ivalua Upgrade, support projects, Configurations & workflows.
• Experienced as functional configurator & Testing for Ivalua
• Engaged with IVALUA on Project configurations, ETL, Workflows, Design mode configurations.
