Job Description

    • Plan and execute activities in relation to test preparation scripting, execution and reporting.
    • Work within Agile team and support both manual and automation test activities
    • Create and expend Test automation frameworks with Genie framework.
    • Implement Test Automation scripts.
    • Prepare the Automation Test Strategy and roadmap for the area.
    • Communicate to Scrum Master and stakeholders on the Test Status, risks and issue resolution.

    • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.     Our Ideal Candidate
    • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
    Role Specific Competencies
    • 5-8 years using test automation frameworks: Java + Selenium.
    • Performance Testing tools such as JMeter / Load Runner
    • ETL
    • Agile methodologies
    • Experience in Automation testing using BDD Cucumber framework and have used tools like GIT/Stash and Jenkin
    • Cucumber testing framework, Gherkin test-case definition language
    • HTML5, DOM model, XML, XPATH, JavaScript, SQL
    • Hands on experience on DB level and service level testing
    • Knowledge in Integrated Development Environment (IDE) such as Eclipse and IntelliJ
