• The candidate should be Masters in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering, Systems Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to the AI and ML is a must. Complete understanding of the Data preparation, bias, Ethical AI, Explainability and Interpretability of the model. The candidate should possess good understanding about unstructured data not limited to image, text, graph etc.,
Business
• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment for AIML Product Development.
Processes
• The candidate will be responsible for building Deep learning model for vision and NLP and will be responsible for converting blue sky ideas into implementation.
• Should be able to create solutions and try various algorithms to solve the problem.
• Use NLP, Vision and ML techniques to bring order to unstructured data
• Experience in extracting signal from noise in large unstructured datasets a plus
• Work within the Engineering Team to design, code, train, test, deploy and iterate on enterprise scale machine learning systems
• Work alongside an excellent, cross-functional team across Engineering, Product and Design

• Hire, nurture talent as required.
Risk Management
• Ownership of the delivery, highlighting various risks on a timely manner to the stakeholders.
• Identifying proper remediation plan for the risks with proper risk roadmap.
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders
• AIML Delivery Team, AIML Model Validation Team, AIML Model Improvement and Monitoring Team, Other stakeholders such as Regulators, etc relevant in a Banking environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
