Job Description

SUMMARYThe Sr. Associate Cloud Process Engineer supports SaaS Operations by gathering data, documenting process improvements, and designing & implementing new reports.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gathers data and determine processes that should be optimized
  • Recommends, defines, and documents low-to-medium complexity process improvements with moderate direction
  • Designs and implements new operational reports with moderate direction
  • Communicates clearly and provides status updates in a timely manner
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required.

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in services management experience in an operations setting
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
  • Experience with:
    • Business Process Redesign
    • Business Process Management and Implementation
    • Services Management Practices/Methods (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft Service Management)
    • Incident and Problem Management processes
  • Preferred experience:
    • Customer interaction experience
    • System Integrator interaction experience
    • Microsoft PowerBI
    • Microsoft Azure
  • Duck Creek experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team
