Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Distribution - Pharma - Mumbai

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Candidate will be based at Mumbai and will work on product composition in distribution records in coordination with Commercial team and will work in Pharmaceuticals Company having office at Mumbai.
• Candidate will Review and update of all product listing with reference to changes in IP/BP/ Excipients /Product label, keeping updated generic name for all products of al division , ensuring such data is timely available for Tender filing
• Candidate will Drafting a Quotation letter for trade , and maintaining a correct data base of product composition/pack/MRP with time to time amendments as per commercial team
• You have to handle preparation of import-export documents as per procurement requirements of different countries.
• You should maintain updated archive of Product registration, Mfg certificate and ensuring the valid documents are available in archive at any point of time. This will need coordination with Plants, Commercial team, Pune QA team etc.
• Communication with trade bodies on New Product information processes, ensuring timely releases of letters pertaining to same
• Ensuring timely Full and Final for stockiest with compilation of all required documents from stockist / company end

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should be ( B Pharm /D Pharma / M.sc [Chemistry] having 4 to 8 years of experience in Distribution and Planning in Pharma Industry.
• Candidate should have good in English communication, Excel, word and power Point.
• You should have good in self correspondence, and coordination within the organization. Maintain & update CFA wise details of expenses and a Maintain a track of secondary freight & local cartage.
• You should follow up for the Drug Licence, CFA agreement, stockiest agreement and ensure the statutory requirements are fulfilled by CFAs candidate should know tender business documentation / filing
