Job Description

  • Develop products in categories of chocolates and chocolate fillings suitable for bakery applications.
  • Develop products in categories of cake mixes, bread mixes, bread improvers, chocolates and bakery fillings.
  • Candidate must be able to work with his / her own hands and develop products in application lab, able to replicate the same in production line and also conduct trials at customer facilities.
  • Perform systematic tests in Innovation Centre and on pilot lines in coordination with other colleagues in the RD team.
  • Provide technical support to Sales Team for industrial accounts and new product launches.
  • Implement new solutions on production lines of our industrial clients
  • Trouble shooting at customer s facility

COMPETENCIES / PROFILE

  • Food Tech background with 3-5 years experience in chocolate industry in formulation department.
  • Understand functionality of ingredients / additives Good English (written and spoken). Dynamic person with analytical and hands-on skills.
  • Basic knowledge in bakery formulations is a must.
  • Basic knowledge of chocolate is must.
  • Knowledge about fats, cocoa powders could be very good.
  • Good English (in print and spoken).
  • Willing to travel up to 40% of time.
