Job Description

Develop products in categories of chocolates and chocolate fillings suitable for bakery applications.
Develop products in categories of cake mixes, bread mixes, bread improvers, chocolates and bakery fillings.
Candidate must be able to work with his / her own hands and develop products in application lab, able to replicate the same in production line and also conduct trials at customer facilities.
Perform systematic tests in Innovation Centre and on pilot lines in coordination with other colleagues in the RD team.
Provide technical support to Sales Team for industrial accounts and new product launches.
Implement new solutions on production lines of our industrial clients
Trouble shooting at customer s facility

COMPETENCIES / PROFILE

Food Tech background with 3-5 years experience in chocolate industry in formulation department.
Understand functionality of ingredients / additives Good English (written and spoken). Dynamic person with analytical and hands-on skills.
Basic knowledge in bakery formulations is a must.
Basic knowledge of chocolate is must.
Knowledge about fats, cocoa powders could be very good.
Good English (in print and spoken).
Willing to travel up to 40% of time.
