Job Description

    The role will have responsibility for understanding the TG, building a pipeline of projects, has strong understanding of production costs and ability to negotiate with content creators to drive optimization of expenses. The candidate will have to work closely with the internal as well as external stakeholders and leverage their learning/expertise.5+ years of experience in program or project managementExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projectsGraduate degree in Film: A proven track record of developing successful movies or series either as an independent consultant / producer, or in a studio or as part of a customer-facing media company.Strong understanding of break-up of production costs and ability to negotiate.Strong interest and knowledge about content movies & TV9+ years of experience in content creation / productionProven ability in identifying trends in consumer content preferences, analyzing viewership data and high pressure environmentsExcellent relationship management, communication and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment - Strong working relationships with Indian creative community.1.
