Sr. Sub Editor (CW Interiors)The incumbent will be totally responsible for the publication/ s He / she will be reporting to the Group Editor. Timely closing of the issue as per editorial brief provided during editorial meetings, month after month will be his/ her responsibility. Will be responsible for adhering to the columns planned for the product, ensuring that the stories and interviews are conducted as briefed and as required for the product. Planning the issues in advance in consultation with the Editorial Board, interviewing industry leaders, sourcing articles from guest writers, generating story leads from newspaper articles on the subject, sourcing information from organizations, getting pages into production with sub- editors, designers and DTP operators, ensuring a smooth production process and an error- free final product. Desired Profile: Worked at an English publication with interior industry experience for 3- 5 years. Have a good network in the interior community or have the willingness and resources to build oneAn excellent writer, orator. Willing to work well in a team across departments. Hunger to get the best stories to the market and willing to push lengths to achieve targets and deadlines. Be digitally savvy and have the capacity to spin all print stories into pieces adapted for digital. ,
