Job Description

    Opportunity with a Manufacturing CompanyDesignation - Sr Executive - Supplier QualityCTC - Upto 7 LPALocation - VasaiExperience - 6 to 10 yearsQualification - Diploma/ BE
    • Monthly MIS preparation for SQA, NPD & Incoming activity.
    • Customer complaint handling, 8D report preparations & closure of customer complaints on customer Portal for NPD & OSP parts.
    • PPAP documents preparation for New, existing & ECN parts
    • Handling NPD quality for new projects for automotive and export customers.
    • Incoming inspection of GMDCA & Gloves incoming parts.
    • Yearly supplier audit for all approved suppliers, audit observations closure.
    • Responsible for NPD QA Activities.
    • Responsible for the preparation of test reports for the inhouse, outsource & new development products as per customer requirement and as per the specified standard.
    • Responsible Continual improvement / kaizen / POKAYOKE activities.
    • Drive supplier development programme.
    • Responsible for TPM implementation of QM pillar at supplier end.
    • Responsible for OSP projects at supplier end, like EPDM tube, RSTI compound, Link box, PMP, Plastic moulded parts.
    • Responsible to implement Supplier self-certification programme at identified suppliers as per defined timeline
    • Support in new vendor development & product development trials along with CFT and strategic sourcing team.
    • CFT member for cost reduction Project for the packaging material, OSP product processing cost & development of alternate RM source.
    • Training to company staff, Quality inspectors, Operators on different quality requirements, documentation etc. .
    Candidate Profile:
    • Proven experience in manufacturing / Incoming and in supplier Quality
    • Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of manufacturing and engineering.
    • Good working knowledge of quality control standards and government compliance.
    • Experience in supplier audit and assessment
    • Ability to provide guidance to improve process efficiency.
    • Co-ordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely execution of CAPA.
    • Shall have Good Verbal / Written communication skill.
    • Shall participate in Kaizens and innovations at the workplace.
    • Should have good analytical skill to do root cause analysis
    • Should have knowledge of ISO 9001 , ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
    • Should have knowledge of PPAP , FMEA , SPC , 7 QC tools.
    • Should have hand on competencty on Injection Moulding / Extrusion / Assemblies
