Job Description

    Sr. Finance & Administrative Manager, IndiaResponsible for Finance & Administration for India, based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for business and financial controlling at Radiometer India. As part of Radiometer India management, you will be part of the management team and work closely with the managing director and leading the accounting and customer service team for India. You will be responsible to fill all requirements for internal financial control reporting, compliance and legal risks. This necessitates a strong focus on these aspects of the business in, to support and grow Radiometer s customers.The jobTo become successful, your responsibilities and tasks will among others include four main parts: (1) Finance, (2) Business Controlling and Administrative, (3) Customer service, Warehousing and Logistic: Finance Your key role is to ensure that reporting is on time and in a high standard. You will:
    • Manage local accounting team and ensuring timely deliveries in high quality.
    • Track differed revenues (lease contracts) and profitability.
    • Local lead on SOX compliance internal/external audit.
    • Prepare statutory accounts, audit report, legal and tax.
    • Manage insurances and company cars
    • Fixed asset management with Radiometer owned instruments management.
    Business Controlling and Administrative Your key role is to ensure strong business partnering with local GM. You will:
    • Support GM with data and analysis for decision making and special reports.
    • Challenge GM decisions/recommendations if they are not aligned with current validated procedures and processes.
    • Prepare forecast, budget and related analysis & bridges.
    • Prepare weekly orders, sales and backlog report.
    • Review company providers contracts
    • Drive working capital improvements credit management
    • Perform pricing and productivity analysis, create action plans, implement and follow up.
    • Drive performances initiatives, actions plan.
    • DSO and collections management coordinated with the commercial team.
    Customer Service, Warehousign and logistic Your key role is to:
    • Manage local customer service team to ensure timely entering of order in high quality
    • Managing contract with customer and channel partners to ensure compliance
    • Work with Global Supply Chain to constantly optimize inventory level to ensure meeting On time delivery of 95% while also meeting challenging inventory targets

    • We are looking for a person with a bachelor or master s degree in finance/accounting.
    • Preferably we are looking for a person with 5 or more years or working experience, with several years of experience as Auditors and/or Operational Finance & Administrative controller, preferably manager experience and use to working in a high pace environment with many different tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience with US GAAP advantage.
    b) Must Have Competencies / Skills / Experience
    • Teamwork Reporting with short deadlines requires teamwork, and also requires the ability to listen and help in a prioritized way to ensure the main goal of quality in data and deadlines
    • Communication When getting comments and explanations on reported figures it is very important to communicate clearly and understandable with all people involved (business controllers and management)
    • Integrity - not afraid to stand alone and express a diverging opinion.
    • Sense of urgency Demands is high, and deadlines are tight. Right tasks need to be prioritized so all are in a proper state
    • Continuous Improvement High demands that keep developing, needs constant focus on processes and deliverables and the possibility to see opportunities and automate functions where it is possible, also to avoid time spend on issues that does not give any additional quality/outcome
    • Organization/Process High level of experience and commitment to Process analysis and improvement.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams. Excellent management and leadership skills. +3 years of experience managing teams.
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) plus the ability to relate well to colleagues from varied markets & cultures
    • A strong strategy-based thinker able to look at market trends and outlooks, and react accordingly
    • Creative thinker to solve issues within an agreed timeframe, always seeking to improve
    • A self-starter who can multitask & initiate new ideas
    • Ability to convince and excite others through their communication & actions

    c) Languages
    • Spanish native and English fluency, Portuguese and other languages is an advantage.
    d) IT
    • Experience with advance Excel is required
    • Experience with ERP
    • Experience with BPA or similar programs would be a nice to have
    e) Travel (required estimated % of time)
    • Less than 5% of time
