Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole: Sr Manager - Finance Planning & AnalysisEducation: 10+ years of experience post CALocation: MumbaiThe candidate will be an integral part of the Business Finance team heading the FP&A vertical of TFS group. TheFP&A Manager will assist with the preparation of internal/external financial reports, Board of Directors materials,monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.Role Description:1. Responsible for preparation of Business Unit level Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and RollingForecasts to develop Group Level AOP2. Lead the month-end and quarter-end P&L distribution and forecast consolidation for allregions/group entities3. Create and Maintain Financial Models for Business Planning and Forecasting4. Craft and manage MIS reports5. Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output6. Help drive key insights and analytics7.
