Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSr Manager - Inside Sales & Channel PartnerAreas of Responsibility:a. Strategic && Planning Responsibilities: Design and implement Inside Sales Operating plan in line with the overall sales strategy and drivesetting of daily, weekly and monthly targets for the team through the Zonal Team Leads Deliver all Inside sales targets for respective hubs in accordance to the predefined base pricing Design && implement effective sales processes for optimum performance and efficient running ofInside Sales operation Review metrics and reports for tracking progress and performance, allocate resources and identifyimprovements needed in sales processes Review and take effective timely measures to ensure a healthy sales pipeline with qualified leadsacross the zones Conduct periodic zone-wise reviews to track target achievement and identify the challenges facedin different hubs with respect to lead quality && quantity, customer preference, etc. Review zonal performance report using CRM data to understand performance, identify theissues/challenges, and work with the concerned team leads to come up with a solution and implementit across the hubs, if required. Proactively identify bottlenecks or anticipated challenges and providerequired support to Team Leads to ensure targets for each zone is achievedb. Control/ Financial Responsibilities: Maintain healthy profits and unit economics by ensuring price is in line with the base pricing Accurately forecast sales for each zone and hub, communicate the same to the stakeholders,monitor sales achievement regularly to ensure minimum deviation Ensure consistency in communication by the zonal teams team to potential customers Build and review controls to ensure the inventory within the approved range and push for highertargeted ASPs across the countryc. Functional Responsibilities: Conduct periodic review and audits to ensure the CRM health and ensure accountability of thesame with the zonal Team Leads. Enable and develop the IS team to manage more complex deals and follow a definedReplenishment Process Build insights and market intelligence in coordination with the Market research team and theMarketing team and share the inputs the zonal teams for enabling better objection handling and pricepitching. Build insights into the sales funnel by reviewing Stage wise Sales conversion trends of thecustomer journey and scale up the best practices / ideas across the hubs. Drive initiatives for bringing in operational excellence in the existing methods and build moreefficient and effective processes. Partner with Marketing team to drive required leads for Inside Sales Managers at regular intervals Review the Lead quality and volumes periodically with the Zonal Team leads and share feedbackwith Marketing team to improve the same. Review consolidated reports of member feedback on the hubs, service levels, pricing etc. post hubtours and share the feedback with the immediate superiors and Hub teams for enhancement Periodically review the inside sales pitch/scripts with random call audits for ensuring consistentcommunications with prospective customer across the zones.d. People Responsibilities:Manage, guide and mentor teams to promote a high-performance culture Collaborate with HR to identifying, recruiting and engaging high quality talent for Sales Team Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/ appraise incumbents andprovide regular feedback on performance Learn and share best practices with other team members by participating in knowledge sharingsessionsPrimary Responsibilities: The role shall be responsible for contributing to approx. 30-35% of monthly new sales revenue(subject to available inventory). Be responsible for creating sales strategy && drive sales performance at all the hubs with theobjective of achieving the Hub FTE targets and oversee the day to day operations of the Inside SalesRegards,HR Team
