We have been retained by one of the top 15 Pharma Companies to hire a State Head for managing sales of Mumbai. The company is a multidivisional company and has a sales turnover of more than 1,500 Crs. The details of the position are as follows:

  • DESIGNATION:STATE HEAD AT MUMBAI
(SR.MANAGER 3RD LINE POSITION)
  • GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE:MUMBAI AREA
  • APPROX. TEAM SIZE:45 TO 50REPRESENTATIVES
  • BUSINESS SIZE:Rs. 8 TO 10CRORES P.A.
  • THERAPY COVERAGE:ANTI-INFECTIVE/GASTRO INTESTINAL/COUGH
PREPARATION/ PAIN RELEIVERS/NUTRITIONAL SUPPLIMENTS.
  • SPECIALITY FOCUS:CONSULTANT PHYSICIANS/PEDIATRICIANS/
GEN.SURGEONS/ GYNAECOLOGISTS / ORTHOPEDICS/ ENTs/DENTISTS.
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE:AROUND 35 YRS
ATLEAST 3 YRS EXP. AS A 2NDLINE SALES MGR. TRACK RECORD OF TEAM BUILDING, LOW ATTRITION & CONSISTENLY ABOVE AVERAGE BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS. DIRECT CONTACT & ACCESS TO KOLs OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED SPECIALITY. SOUND SCIENTIFIC BACKGROUND & CAPABILITY TO CONTRIBUTETO IN-CLINIC CONCEPTUAL SELLING OF PRODUCTS.
