Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Develop the state strategy based on organizational objectives. Scan the environmentboth external and internalbacked by data. Work on strategic priorities for the state to strategic initiatives that needs to be achieved with strict timelines. Look at the initiatives from the following verticals. Product positioning and suitability matching. Promotion initiatives and strategies. Retail management. Channel / Dealer Management. Peopledealer and company: competency building through training. Deploy plans for the state with a view to support the larger organization strategy. Factor global business environment and leverages the same for own business. Implementation of intents for each of the verticals mentioned earlier. Scan the market for competitors activities and emerging opportunities. Achieve market share, Plan and achieve volumes, spares and other business.
