Job Description

    • Build and maintain high energy positive team spirit, strengthen bonding between artists and other team players
    • Manage studio atmosphere and hygiene as per the company standards, keeping the Aliens vibe alive all the time. -
    • Provide personalised customer service to create an immersive experience for each customer.
    • Strictly adhere to Studio operational SOPs - Provide customer centric exceptional consultation to the clients who walk- in, convert them to sale. -
    • Handle inbound queries of the clients, manage appointments, book consultations. - Arrange training sessions for the artists for their skill development. -
    • Co-ordinate with Area Manager to increase the number of consultations and studio visits to ensure you meet the sales targets. -
    • Capturing and entering data into the CRM system in a timely manner (SLA) with an accuracy of 99%
    • Making outbound calls (15+) everyday to new/old customers to increase the business revenue
    • Meeting/exceeding KRA/KPIs targets consistently - Sales Conversion (Studio Visit to Close) - Studio Audit Score > 95% - Cross Selling/Upselling - NPS - Adapt to new processes, implement it into the day-to-day system smoothly.
    • Manage inventory. - Managing and maintaining accommodation for studio team
    • Banking and cash management as per the SOPs
    • Make reports daily/weekly and send it back to HQ.
    • Assisting Area Manager with location finalisation and studio launch
