Job Description

    Strategy Associate - Founders OfficeJOB DESCRIPTION: - Work directly with the founders on strategic projects across the company- Work on new initiatives, growth opportunities, prioritization, market entry strategy, competitor analysis- Work across marketing, product, and large customer relationship management projects- Build and execute external communication initiatives for the founders- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivityQualifications/expectations:- MBA from Tier 1 Institute- Min 1 year of experience with Tier 10 Strategy Consulting MNCs- High analytical skills and first-principles led get-things-done attitude- Expertise in excel modeling, PowerPoint creation, and stakeholder management- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- High ownership and attention to detail- Ability to think big and execute- Comfortable doing the occasional grunt work and quickly pick up the work usually meant for a highly specialized role- Strong academic credentials from a Tier 1 institution- Is comfortable with ambiguity and changing roleOther details:- Apart from salary, the role comes with it, a piece of the pie of potentially a billion- dollar organization.- You will have exposure to building new user experiences working with people who have done the same for millions of users apart from entrepreneurship (ever felt like you want to build your own startup ,
