• Ensure that policies are implemented effectively within Technology & Innovation. New regulations are properly communicated and provide quality assurance on the design of the control measures and monitoring plans. Coordinate, analyse and consolidate OR and loss reporting to the Country Technology Manager, Philippines.
• Design and implement control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and operational risk management. Ensure that controls are effective for compliance monitoring and risk management.

Business

• Ensures compliance with Health and Safety group and local policies, rules and regulations.
• To ensure compliance to internal policies and regulatory requirements re: anti-money laundering.
• To be the source of reference within the business unit in facilitating and promoting the understanding of enterprise risk and compliance requirements.

Processes

• Coordinate and consolidate risk reporting of the unit for reporting to the T&I Operational Risk Forum and Business Unit Head. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Design and implement control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and enterprise risk management. Ensure effectiveness of controls for compliance monitoring and risk management.
• Undertake and/or coordinate periodic business monitoring (self-assessment) activities within the business unit and escalate findings and or breaches to Business Unit Head, when they occur.
• Ensure risks and issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Identify gaps and arrange training on compliance and ERMF for staff.

People and Talent

• Actively participates in initiatives related to talent development, performance levelling, employee engagement and communications.

Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to the enterprise risk management framework in identifying, controlling, monitoring, and reporting of risk. Ensure sufficient actions are undertaken to mitigate, reduce or contain the identified risks. Undertake and / or coordinate periodic business monitoring (self-assessment) activities, escalating issues to the Country Technology Manager, Philippines.
• Ensure sufficient actions are undertaken by Technology & Innovation to comply with all key regulations, compliance, and internal standards.
• Assist the Country Technology Manager, Philippines in preparing the functional level OR profile and other relevant reports for the CNFRC and Group Functions and ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Lead and coordinate effort to enhance the general risk management and compliance culture within Technology & Innovation. This includes communication and other initiatives to change mindset and behaviour of staff.
• Ensure all essential policy and regulatory requirements are communicated and disseminated to the relevant parties on a timely basis.

Other ResponsibilitiesT&I Risk Management

• Assist the Country Technology Manager, Philippines in directing and overseeing the day-to-day management of operational risks at the business level including driving and directing compliance in each business.
• Implement controls within Technology & Innovation to meet regulatory and internal requirements. In addition, drive and implement an effective risk management framework, and promote a strong risk management and a compliance culture.
• Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities, timely identification and reporting of significant risks and losses and effectiveness of risk mitigation actions.
• Represent Philippines in the ASIA COUNTRY T&I RISK & CONTROL FORUM (CTRCF)
• Assist the PH T&I team to manage the Information and Cyber Security (ICS) controls for CSS (Application Infrastructure Vulnerability Management (AIVM), open shared folders) and STS (Data Leakage Protection (DLP), Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), Privilege ID (PID))

• A good knowledge and experience in computer operations both in hardware and software on various platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills
• Work experience relating to Risk Management or Information Security
• Good knowledge of risk and control principles and practices including the regulatory environment
